We are all on a journey through life. At different stages on your life journey there are key events which are so significant, you want to mark them in a special way. In Crosslacon Parish, we believe that we do not journey alone. God is with us each step of our lives and loves each person with an unconditional and everlasting love. God is at our beginning as we embark on life, God is with us in our most significant relationships, those with whom we choose to share our lives and those who we nurture and care for in our families. And God is with us at the end of life and with all who mourn the passing of loved ones.
In and through the significant life event services of christenings, weddings and funerals we seek to commit and commend each other to God, to acknowledge and welcome God’s presence in our lives and seek God’s strength, support and care as we continue on our life’s journey.
